Under the final authority of Overseer Bishop Derrick Raybon Sr. and First Lady Bridgett Raybon, this program ensures that every ordained minister of Holy Light Ministry Soul Center International carries a genuine mantle, a proven character, and a clear assignment.

Saved & Spirit-Filled
Confirmed born-again experience and evidence of the Holy Spirit in your life and ministry.
Active Church Member
Regular, committed membership and service in a Holy Light Ministry Soul Center affiliated church.
Curriculum Completion
Successful completion of all required modules for your ordination track with passing evaluations.
Character Review
A life that reflects the biblical qualifications for ministry — above reproach in home, community, and church.
Leadership Endorsement
Written recommendation from your local pastor and at least one senior leader in the network.
Apostolic Covering
Submission to the apostolic authority and oversight of Bishop Derrick Raybon Sr. and Holy Light Ministry Soul Center International.
The Ordination Process
Submit Application
Complete the ordination application below with your personal testimony, calling statement, and track selection.
Pastoral Review
Your application is reviewed by your local pastor and forwarded to the ordination council for initial evaluation.
Complete Curriculum
Enroll in and complete all required modules for your selected track. Coursework is self-paced with scheduled check-ins.
Ordination Council
Appear before the ordination council — a panel of senior ministers — for examination in doctrine, character, and calling.
Bishop's Approval
Final approval and ordination is granted solely by Overseer Bishop Derrick Raybon Sr. No ordination is valid without his direct authorization.
Ordination Service
Receive your official ordination in a formal service with the laying on of hands, prayer of commissioning, and issuance of your certificate.
Official Ordination Certificate
Upon successful completion of the program and approval by Bishop Derrick Raybon Sr., ministers receive an official certificate of ordination sealed under the apostolic authority of Holy Light Ministry Soul Center International.
